A team of engineers involved in the process of converting the initial conceptual design into a detailed layout of the project.The various parameters are decided and team of designers create the drawings necessary for prototyping r and production done with the advent of CAD and solid modeling software. A model of the product is created and reviewed. Once the prototype is finalized, after many iterations, the next step is preproduction. The design engineer, working with a manufacturing engineer and a quality engineer reviews an initial run of components and assemblies for design compliance. The design engineer also follows the product and makes the requested changes and corrections required throughout the life of the project

| Production Planning and Control |
The various process planning and control required for the manufacture of the individual subsystems in the project are done. The suitable vendors are identified for the required processes and individual parts are manufactured at the requirement of the detailed design scope. The purchase of the various long lead and brought out items are also carried out with the help of the purchase department. The follow up with the vendors and purchase is also carried out.

| Assembly and Testing |
Once the manufactured items are ready for assembly a team of project engineers assemble the system as per the specifications of the detailed design. The various corrections are made in the alignment in order to achieve the stability and target of the system and the trials and testing is carried out to ensure the proper working condition of the system. The inspection and execution is then carried out in the presence of the customer.
